Create an account to submit your application online	Visit the Apply Now page to create your account. This allows you to add content, revise, and save your application progress.
Complete the application form	Make sure your name and contact information are accurate.
Obtain two letters from people who are important to you	Supporters will need time to complete the letter template, available in the application guide. Allowing them a week or two before you need the letter is appreciated.
Obtain a letter from one of EKO’s General Members, confirming that you received services	Please ask for this confirmation a few weeks in advance. The clinician or administrator you ask will be grateful to have time to prepare it. If you are no longer in touch with a clinician at the centre where you received services, contact the centre's main number and ask the receptionist for assistance
Write an essay or produce creative work	Give yourself time to plan and create your expression of yourself.
Hit SUBMIT	Applications are due April 30, 2026. When you submit your information to EKO, you agree to share your story online. (Your contact information will be kept strictly confidential.) Please read the Application Guide for a complete disclaimer.
