Contact Niagara is the central access point for children and youth with developmental, behavioural, autism, and complex needs in Niagara. It provides intake, navigation, coordinated service planning, FASD, and transition supports. Contact Niagara also co-leads the Youth Wellness Hub Niagara, offering youth ages 12–25 integrated mental health, substance use, wellness, primary care, peer support, and social services.

Our Story
Contact Niagara provides bilingual information, access, intake(s), referral(s) and service coordination to 10+ publicly funded services for children and youth experiencing emotional, developmental and/or behavioural concerns in the Niagara region and surrounding area, including information and referrals for developmental and/or neuro-developmental concerns (e.g., ASD, FASD). Programming and services include Coordinated Service Planning, FASD supports, TAY Planning, Children’s Case Resolution and Complex Special Needs Process and facilitating the Residential Placement Advisory Process (RPAC).
Contact Niagara is also the Network Lead for the Niagara Region's Youth Wellness Hub, part of Youth
Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO), providing youth ages 12-25 with services including mental health and
substance use supports, primary care, peer support, employment supports, skill-building and wellness
activities among other services and supports.
We are a member of our local Ontario Health Team.

Our organizations has approximately 25 team members with expertise across sectors to best support the unique needs of the children, youth, and families in the Niagara Region (MSWs, counselling, applied disabilities and child and youth studies, justice, education, and other education and experience).
Our Partners
We work with a number of partners, including education, health and social service partners, and are a member of our local Ontario Health Team and the Provincial Network of Coordinating Agencies.
