Another Member of the Month shoutout ... 

Faced with significant post-pandemic service pressures, the NEO Kids Children’s Treatment Centre’s School-Based Rehabilitation Speech-Language Pathology team reimagined how speech-language services are delivered in schools.

Through innovative approaches like the "5 Minute Kids" model and individualized service pathways, they dramatically improved access to care—reducing their waitlist by approximately 300 children and shortening wait times by two years.

Their work has been recognized across Ontario, with other Children's Treatment Centres looking to learn from their success. Most importantly, their commitment to improving outcomes and experiences for children and families continues to drive meaningful change.
