We've extended our call for abstracts!

October 03, 2024

Great news, you now have two more weeks to submit your abstracts for the Empowered Kids Ontario Spring Symposium 2025!

  • NEW DEADLINE: Friday, October 25, 2024

We are accepting submissions within two categories: the poster presentations and concurrent session presentations.

The poster session gives you a chance to showcase innovative practices, presenting research data—whether this is program evaluations, or literature reviews, an innovative practice or intervention. Presenting a poster is a good way to discuss and receive feedback on a work in progress that has not been fully developed into a paper.

EKO also welcomes submissions for concurrent session presentations focused on new models of service delivery, introducing best practices, closing the gap between research and practice, achievements, advances, and sector innovation. Presentations can be in many formats including: workshops, family-first conversations, fireside chats, facilitated Q&A, solution rooms, panels and more.

Click on the links above for more on poster and presentation abstracts, and be sure to review our Abstract Readiness Checklist before you submit!
